Making your payments
Recurring ACH
If you have recurring ACH payments set up with Rain City, those will automatically transfer to Tandem. Click here to set up ACH.

Tandem can take payment by phone. Call them at 425-588-0030. Be sure to have your loan info ready.
Pay by Check
Send regular or express mail to the address at the bottom of this page. Make your check payable to Tandem Servicing LLC.
Here’s what to expect
No changes to your loan
Even though Rain City is no longer servicing your loan, the terms and conditions of your loan will not change. Your loan number will stay the same and your payments are still due on the first of each month.
Same great service
Rain City Capital always puts their borrowers first, and Tandem Servicing has the same philosophy. In fact, some of your favorite Rain City servicers will be partnering with Tandem to continue servicing your loan.
Business as usual
As the servicer of your loan, Tandem will collect your payments, send you billing statements, respond to draw requests, payoff quotes, and answer any questions you may have about your loan.
Starting 1/1/2021, you’ll be making payments to Tandem Servicing instead of Rain City Capital. You shouldn’t experience any interruptions in the way you’re currently making your payments.
