How to Customize and Save Your White-Labeled Marketing Materials

Follow these quick steps to make our templates your own. It takes less than 5 minutes! This method requires Free Adobe Acrobat Reader (basic version).

Don’t have Adobe PDF? Customize in Canva.

Step 1. Download the Template

  • Visit our website and download one of our white-label PDFs to your computer.

  • Save it somewhere easy to find (like your desktop or downloads folder).

Step 2. Fill In Your Information

  • Open the PDF using Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) or Adobe Acrobat Pro.

  • Click into the fields to enter your Name, Contact Info, and Company Details.

    • Note: Any fields you leave blank will appear as whitespace once exported.

  • Upload your logo

    • Click the logo placeholder (or, if not visible, in top right corner as pictured below).

    • Click ‘Browse’ to select your logo file then click OK.

      • PNG or JPG file type required

      • Square crop works best

Step 3. Flatten and Save Your Final Version

This step removes the editable fields so the document looks like it was designed just for you.

If you're on Windows:

  1. Go to File > Print

  2. In the Printer dropdown, select Microsoft Print to PDF

    • Don’t forget to uncheck ‘Print in grayscale’ if you’re using a full-color logo!

  3. Click Print

  4. Choose where to save the file and rename it (e.g., MyName_OnePager.pdf)

  5. Click Save

If you're on Mac:

  1. Go to File > Print

  2. In the bottom-left corner, click PDF > Save as PDF

  3. Choose a filename and save location

  4. Click Save

Now you’ve got a flattened, ready-to-share version with your branding!
